June 28 at non EST. Calm Your Body: Set aside an hour of your day to calm your body through a series of exercises including deep breathing, bilateral tapping, and Scripture meditation. REGISTER HERE

July 5th at noon EST. Explore Your Story: Set aside an hour of your day to explore your story through creating a timeline of your life, journaling through your story, and praying through what you discover. REGISTER HERE

Each webinar will conclude with a time of Q&A with Esther to discuss any questions you might have about the book or your own process of changing challenging patterns of thoughts. 

People who register will receive a free recording of the webinar sent to their email for those who are unable to attend the live viewing time.
